Overview
MAIG currently provides interpreting, captioning, and accommodation services for over 21 agencies, including contracts with classified requirements. Our document control system for intake, processing, assignment distribution, quality checks, and submittal is fully capable of handling the VA’s estimated workloads for both backlog and new documents. Our attention to detail and high levels of customer service will contribute to a positive and efficient working relationship with individuals who submit documents for review and remediation.
