Overview
MAIG was contracted by an IT-specialized large federal defense agency that is headquartered in Maryland to provide sign language interpreting services in a secure environment to Deaf and hard of hearing employees, applicants, and visitors. MAIG also provided specialized CART realtime captioning services, both remote and onsite, for training classes, large meetings, and other special events.
To fulfill the requirements of the contract, MAIG provided interpreting and other support services to nine Deaf and hard of hearing employees.
