Are you looking for information on FedRelay?
With the expiration of the FedRelay contract, agencies need a new trusted source for Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services to foster an inclusive work environment for consumers who are Deaf and hard of hearing (D/HH).
Video Relay Service (VRS), and other true relay services, are being transitioned from GSA over to the FCC, and agencies can continue to receive those services through the FCC. MAIG can provide onsite ASL interpreting, VRI, and remote and onsite CART, which are no longer covered by GSA and will not be covered by FCC. MAIG can provide these services through our approved GSA MAS schedule or a direct 8(a) award.
Call now, we are ready to support your needs. Contact us at 410-750-0297 during regular business hours.
